Every ceremony I create begins by listening. I take the time to get to know you, understand your story and create something personal, meaningful and completely yours.
My prices are clear from the beginning, so you'll know what is included and what to expect.
Weddings

Your wedding ceremony is the heart of your day.
I want to know how you met, what makes you laugh, the moments that have shaped your relationship and what choosing one another means to you.
From those conversations, I'll create a completely bespoke ceremony that feels natural, relaxed and unmistakably you.

We'll walk through the important moments so everyone knows where to be, what happens when and what their part is - leaving you to relax and enjoy your ceremony.

A £150 non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date exclusively in my diary.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding day.
We'll have already started getting to know one another and developing ideas for your ceremony before then. Once your balance has been paid in full, your completed love story, personalised vow wording and full ceremony script can be shared with you for review and refinement.
Vow Renewals

A vow renewal isn't about recreating your wedding day. It's about celebrating everything that has happened since.
Perhaps you're marking a significant anniversary, celebrating after a difficult chapter or simply want to gather the people you love and say, I'd still choose you.
I'll create a ceremony around your story, memories, family and the promises you want to make to one another now.
This includes your consultation and story meeting, a completely bespoke ceremony, support with your vows, readings and the option to include a meaningful symbolic ritual.

Naming Ceremonies

A naming ceremony is a beautiful way to welcome a baby or child and celebrate the people who will surround them as they grow.
Parents, grandparents, siblings and other important people can all have a role.
We can include promises, readings, music, memories and symbolic rituals — creating something that truly reflects your family rather than following a standard script.

Funerals

A funeral should feel like the person whose life is being remembered.
I'll spend time listening to your stories - the important milestones, the people they loved, the things that made them laugh and the seemingly small details that made them them.
Together we'll create a ceremony that feels genuine, personal and right for your family.

I understand that funerals are arranged within much shorter timescales, so I don't ask families for a booking fee.
Payment is due before the ceremony, unless arrangements have been made for payment through your funeral director.
Celebrations of Life & Memorial Ceremonies

Sometimes the right way to remember someone doesn't fit within the time or surroundings of a traditional funeral.
A Celebration of Life or Memorial Ceremony gives you the freedom to choose the place, the people and the way their story is told.
There can be time for music, photographs, memories, reflection and laughter — as well as space for sadness and remembrance.
I'll work alongside you to create and lead a ceremony that reflects the person you knew and loved.

Choosing where and how someone's ashes are laid to rest can carry enormous meaning.
You may be scattering ashes somewhere they loved, interring them in a family resting place, gathering beside water, returning somewhere filled with memories or creating a completely personal family ritual.
I'll help you create a gentle ceremony around that moment, incorporating words, memories, poetry, music or rituals that feel right for you.

Personal Rituals

Sometimes a simple ritual can say something words alone cannot.
Your ceremony might include handfasting, ring warming, a unity candle, rose ceremony, quaich, tree planting, oathing stone, memory stones, sand ceremony, wine box and letters, a time capsule - or something we create especially for you.
I won't suggest including a ritual simply because it's traditional.
We'll find something that has meaning for you
Travel
Travel within 30 miles is included in my ceremony fees.
I'm very happy to travel further across Lancashire, the North West and beyond.
Where additional travel or accommodation is required, I'll always discuss and agree this with you before you book.
